Next Meeting May 23, Zoom Meeting

Dear {subtag:name},

Dear TAPSG Friends,

Our grandbaby has arrived and is doing well with his parents, Rachel and Nathan, in Massachusetts.  Conrad James MOOSE Glenister weighed in at 9 pounds 12 ounces, ergo MOOSE, and was 23 inches long.  We're so happy that he's a healthy little guy and look forward to meeting him face to mask.

We'll hold a TAPSG ZOOM meeting on May 23, no software required.  Just click the invitation and it'll take you into our gathering, a time to catch up with each other.  After connecting, you may have to turn on your camera and mic using icons on the screen.  Easy peasy.  Hope to see you there.  I'll send the invitation as an email on Friday, May 22.

There are several online learning sessions coming up that you may attend.  Please see the information below; register, and mark your calendar.  These are informational and helpful sessions in understanding what's going on in our bodies as minds as we deal with PD or try to support our loved ones with the disease.

Have a warm and wonderful weekend.

I miss seeing each of you in person.
Sue

Parkinson’s Living Room - Friday, May 15, 1 p.m.

Pull up a comfy chair, brew a cup of coffee or tea and join us for a virtual discussion with a support group feel. Led by Dr. Su Kanchana, Movement Disorders Specialist with Chase Family Movement Disorders Center in Vernon, CT, you will be able to ask questions and discuss what is on your mind. Let’s bring our caring community together in a virtual support group. Jennifer Lambert, LCSW will join Dr. Kanchana to talk about Caring for the Caregiver. Care Partners are encouraged to be a part of the discussion. We are facing many new challenges during this stay-at-home period and we can manage them together as a community.
